Salix matsudana ‘Scarlet Curls’ 12-18″ live stakes to plant. Freshly cut and ready to plant. Bury the live stake with one or 2 buds above soil. Angle side goes down. Keep moist, and watch it make new leaves and roots! Your cutting can be expected to grow up to 18 inches the first year in good growing conditions. Plants perform best in moist soils with full sun. If you have a planting location that is very wet, you can plant immediately in the ground.
